  2. Offer it for free/low price (In exchange for feedback, testimonials, case study)
  3. Review/Incorporate feedback
  4. Improve/Iterate/Extract Bonus Material
  5. Maybe launch a second time
  6. Rinse, Repeat 4 & 5
  7. Launch the final version (with social proof)

 

And remember, your launch will likely convert 0.5%-1%...

So, you'll need a pretty sizable list to be profitable.
